Plan the spend
Only Rookie leaves anything to assume. Every other tier floors all three cards at a rarity that can be sold, so their value needs no guesswork: a Don is three epics or better, a Made-Man three rares or better. Rookie's two spare cards may be common or uncommon, and neither is minted on chain, so at 0% they are worth nothing. That is the honest default and makes Rookie's figure a floor rather than an estimate.
Every tier
Odds and prices are read off the game's own pack screens rather than its docs site, which disagreed with them. Packs for a god is one divided by the god chance, and matches the "~1 in N packs" the store prints on all eleven of its figures. Value counts all three cards at the median sale for their rarity, not just the best one. Boosted stats is a single roll per pack that lifts every card in it, and is real value this page does not attempt to price, so every tier is worth a little more than it says here, Signature most of all at 40%.
Signature is priced at its current $299 promotion rather than its $500 list, so this goes stale if that ends. Daily supply caps are real and not modelled: four Signature packs a day, twenty Dons, and a limited slice of each tier redeemable with contraband, which bounds how fast any basket here can actually be bought.
